Payment Methods
We accept payments from overseas customers via International Bank Transfer or through an invoice via Stripe. Buyers are responsible for any charges incurred from bank transfers, and goods will only be shipped once payment has been received and cleared.
Import Duties and Fees
Customers purchasing from outside the EU are responsible for any import duties, clearance fees, or brokerage fees, including any other additional charges. Goods may be subject to delays due to customs or weather. Customers must provide any required information to customs to ensure clearance. We cannot pay for or refund any duty paid on items returned to us as this is a contract between the purchaser and their local Customs and Excise.

Return Policies
Returning Over-Ordered Badges
Yes, you can return badges if you have over-ordered. As long as they are in new condition, we will exchange them for store credit. Please contact us at [email protected] to process a return.
Undeliverable Orders
If your order is returned to us by our delivery partner due to an incorrect address, not being collected, or other reasons where the customer is at fault, any further dispatches by Karuna Badges will incur the appropriate postage charge.
Returns & Refund Policy

- Carriers: All badge orders will be sent via PostNL or DHL.
- Delivery Time: You should expect to receive your order within 5-10 working days after receiving a dispatch confirmation email from us. If you do not receive a dispatch email within 5 days, please email us.
- Pre-orders: Pre-ordered badges will be dispatched as close to the noted date on the product information page as possible. If you have ordered both in-stock and pre-ordered badges, your order will be dispatched once the pre-ordered badges are ready. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
- Secure Delivery: If you require a more secure delivery, please contact us.
- Without Tracking:
- 0-100 grams: £4.99
- 100-350 grams: £9.99
- 350 grams-2 kg: £14.99
- International Tracked Post (Regardless of Weight): £19.99
- Orders Over £50: All orders above £50 require tracked shipping to protect your money and ensure badges are not lost in transit.

Returns & Refund Policy
- Recommendation: We recommend returning your items via registered post.
- Refund Process: Karuna Badges will issue a refund once the items have been returned.
- Notification: You must inform us within 14 days of receipt if a refund is required. The order must then be returned within 14 days after we have been informed of the cancellation.
- Error/Defective Product: If the refund is due to our error or a defective product, we will provide a full refund plus the return delivery charge (please provide evidence of this).
- Customer Error: If the refund is due to a customer error, we will issue a full refund minus the original postage cost. You will also be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
- Processing Time: If a refund is payable to you, we will process it as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
- Lost in Transit: If your order is lost in transit and we are not notified within 45 days of dispatch, we will not issue a refund or send a replacement. The order will be considered complete, and no further action will be taken.
- Condition: Returned goods do not need to be in their original packaging but must be in a sealable condition. Return postage is at your own cost and risk.
- Care Obligation: You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. Failure to comply may result in compensation claims.
- Statutory Rights: Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
- Refund Method: If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used to pay for your purchase.
