Hello there! Thank you for considering us for your badge needs. To get started, we just need a few details from you.
First, we'd love to see a design for your badge, whether it's a hand drawing or a specific idea of what you're looking for.
​Also, please let us know how many badges you need and the desired size. If you're not sure about the size, we're here to help you decide based on your budget or the activity you're running.

A) If your design isn't digitized, we'll require a non-refundable deposit of £50 to get started. This fee covers the cost of creating a physical demo and is applied towards your final balance.
​B) If your design is digitized or after you approve the design we create for you, we'll send you a document to sign that includes all the details of your badge production (quantity, type of backing, final cost, etc.).

Once we have full payment and the signed approval document, we'll begin production on your badges.
On average, it takes about 20 days from payment to completion, but this may vary based on other factors such as the amount of orders ahead or holidays.

After your order is finished, we'll send it to you via your preferred shipping method (Registered Airmail, DHL, FedEx). Please keep in mind that any customs fees will be your responsibility.

If you've decided not to move forward with producing your badges with us after a design has been requested, there will be a £350 fee per design. For designs with sections, each section will be treated as its own unique design and will incur its own fee. This fee covers the time and effort put into the design process. Please note that this fee is separate from the non-refundable deposit for the demo materials.
